30-Days Return/Exchange Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason,When you receive your order.You may return the items for refund or replacement within 30 days from the day that you place your order
To receive a refund or replacement: 1. Please contact Customer Service by e-mail at carinalhou@quality1giftstore.com and request a return authorization code. Also let us know the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or replacement. 2. You will receive an authorization code from us by email. 3. You must return the merchandise in the original packaging. You must also enclose the authorization code, the original invoice and the untampered merchandise. The invoice tag and security tag attached to all our merchandise must NOT be removed. If the tags are removed, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. 4. Once the return merchandise has been received, we will contact you via e-mail with a confirmation of your return. 5. All items must be returned in their original condition. Any merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged due to the customer's negligence cannot be returned. 6. All gifts to third parties can be exchanged but are not refundable. 7. If you receive an item that is broken, please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving your order and request an authorization code. Our Claim Department will immediately process your claim. 8. If you refuse the delivery of your order, you will receive a full refund less shipping costs. 9. Shipping, taxes, handling and insurance charges are not refundable. 10.
